October has been such a busy month for our family!
We visited our friends, the Orrs, in Arkansas for a visit to the boys' first pumpkin patch with their friend Avery. After the kiddos went to bed we got to have some adult time and I finally jammed out to some Rock Band!
My sister in law, her husband and my nephew came to town for the month! We have had lots of cousin play dates!
The boys went to their second pumpkin patch and have been to the park twice! They both love to swing and ride down the slide with daddy!
They have stayed with Kiki and Pappy twice so we could go to Kansas City for a wedding and when we saw Hall & Oates! We are so lucky to have such wonderful grandparents for our babies!
We celebrated our nephew's first birthday today and it made me realize our boys will be ONE before I can blink. Time is flying by way too fast!
Fynn is really pulling up and attempting to take steps. Sutton is trying so hard to pull up but loves to stand once he gets some help up.
Fynn has four top teeth coming in and still just two bottom ones. Sutton has his bottom two but I think his top ones are coming soon.
New foods - they still love blueberries! And now love asparagus. We are going to have some plums and grapes and beets soon! They also love yogurt! My healthy little guys!!
We found out a week ago our St. Bernard has lymphoma. We started her on steroids and pain meds but we think it has spread to her lungs because her breathing is very shallow.
Halloween is this weekend! Sutton is going as a bear and Fynn as a monkey! Can't wait!

Big Boys
Our boys are almost 9 months old! Seriously, time is going by sooo fast!
They are both crawling and talking up a storm.
I'm making more and more baby food and I LOVE it!! They have had squash (yellow and butternut), zucchini, peas, carrots, green beans, broccoli, eggplant, yams, apples, peas, peaches, banana, avacado, mango and chicken. I'm about to introduce asparagus, cauliflower, cherries, blueberries, yogurt and beef. They are good eaters!!
Jenny (Jason's sister) and her boy who is almost 1 are in town visiting and our boys are bigger than him! So crazy!!
Our boys really are great babies! They have their moments but for the most part they are so well behaved.
Jason gets his license in a couple of weeks!!! Then he will be an official chiropractor!!! Woo hoo!
Our house should get started being built next week and ready for us to move in by end of February, early March!! :)
Life is going great and I can't wait for everything coming up - first Halloween (Sutton will be a bear and Fynn a monkey), Las Vegas trip with the Orrs, first Thanksgiving, my 30th (ugh) and first Christmas!!! Then in January their first birthday!!!

Boys are 6 months old!
The boys turned 6 months old on July 19.....TIME IS FLYING BY! We started with cereal in late June and then I started making homemade baby food. It is so simple as well as economical and healthier. They started with squash then sweet potatoes and then carrots and now green beans. They weren't fans of the sweet potatoes surprisingly!
Both boys are rolling all over the place! They have started getting on their knees a little and crawling backwards haaa! Should be crawling in the next month I would guess. They are BIG boys! :) Already wearing size 9 month pajamas. I can't believe how fast time is going by.
They are sleeping through the night still....been doing that since about May. Fynn has a tooth and Sutton looks like he should have both bottom front teeth in soon. So cute!!!
Here are some pictures:
Jason is graduating next week!!!!!!!! Couldn't be more excited for him!!!! Also looking forward to going back to Kansas City for a few days. We are starting the process of building a house as well. Should be finished and move in sometime after the first of the year. We want to get through the boys' first holidays and birthday in January before tackling a move.
I am FINALLY back in my skinny jeans!!!!! WOO HOO!! Except they are falling off. I've lost 60 pounds since the boys were born. I had about 25 lbs I wanted to lose before I got pregnant and then gained 29 with them so I am 10 lbs from my skinniest weight. So happy about that!! I just need to do some sit-ups to tone my belly......the things pregnancy does to a woman's body isn't fair!!

They Are Here!
The Boys Have Arrived!!!
January 19th I went to the doctor for my 2nd time that week. Sutton had some trouble passing the breathing part of the biophysical so that combined with the look on my face convinced my doctor it was time to meet these guys! I left the doctor at 4:00 p.m. and they were born at about 6:15 p.m. We moved fast!
Fynn came out first - screaming and looking like an old man. He weighed 5 lbs 6 oz. He looked just like my brother Jordan.
Sutton took a little bit since he was breach but came out with my big ole lips weighing in at 5 lbs 12 oz.
They were amazing!!!!!!!
They had to stay in the NICU for a few days because they could not maintain their body temperature but after 5 days we all went home.
Life with two babies has been A LOT of work but more rewarding than words can describe.
Fynn is a fiesty little guy who can make any and everyone laugh. He makes the funniest faces and always laughs in his sleep. He now outweighs his brother too! Little Piggie!
Sutton is the sweet, gentle boy that was so quiet in the womb. He has the sweetest expression on his face most of the time and is the best snuggle bug!
They are 11 weeks old (as of yesterday) and are changing and growing so fast! Here are a few pictures from the past week or so.

The Joys of Pregnancy!
Over the last few weeks Jason has been able to really feel the boys moving and kicking. He even was able to see it - my belly looks like it is popping popcorn inside sometimes. Yesterday Jason was laying his head on my belly and got a good ole kick in the head from Fynn.
These are the moments I always dreamed about when we were trying to get pregnant and now that they are happening it is starting to sink in more and more. I know it sounds funny but I don't think the full concept of the boys coming has truly sunk in and hit home. I see myself getting bigger, I feel them moving all the time, I have had multiple sonograms with tons of photos and yet there is still a tiny part of me that doesn't believe it is real. Sounds crazy I know.
We will be 24 weeks on Wednesday! Time has flown by so fast and I know they will literally be here before we know it.
